| รายละเอียดงาน | 1.Manage the efficient and optimal distribution of products throughout the retail network, through the medthodical selection of store product mix, in order to maximize sales opportunities following the parameters, standards and guidelines as provided 2.Acquire full understanding of store merchandising concepts which are periodically updated, relay to staff and ensuring their proper implementation to all stores 3.Coordinate and control the work of 3-4 store merchandising staff reponsible for store visits, product review and related actions 4.Conduct store visits systematically and as required to review and oversee the field work conducted by store merchandising staff 5.Consoladate store merchandising reports, and to draft summaries reports, recommendations, conclusion, implement and follow up as approved 6.Review and report progress on the selling performance of products and product groups, consolidation of marketing summaries and proposals (category planning) 7.Coordinate the requirements between retail, merchandising, warehouse/dispatching and display functions, for all required actions |
