| รายละเอียดงาน | 1. To monitoring sales calls and hold briefing sessions to TSR to ensure the quality objectives of call center and the quality assurance scheme is adequately communicated. 2. To objectively assess and constructively feedback the qualityof phone handling skill of TSR according to preset criteria then communicate and report regularly to Operations Managers & team leaders on area to improve quality and recommends ways for improvement on strengths and weaknesses on TSR's call handling performance and to recommend ways to continuously uplift the performance. 3. To identify and recommend to Operations Managers & team leaders on training requirement by monitoring the QA trends. Formulate training plans with them to ensure frontline staff is sufficiently equipped with service skill / job knowledge. |

1. 1.Male / Female with solid experience in sales or telemarketing preferably with minimum 6 month working experience in insurance. 2. 2.Bachelor's Degree from any fields or equivalent. 3. 3.Customer-oriented and persistent on quality 4. 4.Able to work independently and effectively communicate with all levels of people. 5. 5.Good communication skill and able to influence people on quality. 6. 6.Good computer literacy (working knowledge of MS office, telephone system reports etc.. 7. 7.Excellent Training and coaching skills 8. 8.Strong analytical skills in any area related to Call center 9. 9.Good Attitude and self motivate 10. 10.Creative problem solving skills/ conceptual thinking |
