Plan and lead for traceability and mock recall test.
Train the employee in quality system courses such as GMP, HACCP, SQMS, Food safety for food handler, Document Controlling and Internal audit.
Determine process control point and/or critical control point, assign QC for monitoring effectiveness.
Establish Raw material & packaging receiving specification include finished product specification.
Make Decision on non-conforming finished product and raw material.
Follow up pest control and lead to review pest control activities and effectiveness with pest control service provider and pest control team.
