Responsible for managing the sale & export of LPG cylinders to clientele in the African market. Reporting directly to the global Marketing Director of Metal Mate.
This role involves handling all aspects of the sales cycle, coordinating with the Production Team, completing Sales Reports & ensuring timely shipping of cylinders.
Being the primary point of contact with all of the customers in the African market. Establishing clear communication channels with clients in order to facilitate efficient flow of information and adaptability towards short-term client needs. Building relationships with agents in different African countries in order to maintain complex networks of clients across different regions.
Leading a small team of Supervisors to manage the African market efficiently. Supervising & managing their market activities, business travel schedules as well as providing reports on their performance at timely intervals (monthly & quarterly).
Using the SAP system to efficiently manage the sales process including issuing documents such as budgets, quotations & forecasts as well as monitoring the sales pipeline.
