- Work alongside our construction manager to co-ordinate with other staff, consultants and
contractors to design and contract high-rise building
- Supervise construction contractors on site and report to our construction manager
Duties include quality control and progress monitoring of the construction works
- Strong leadership, highly motivated, dynamic and good interpersonal skills and able to work on
multi-projects in a fast paced environment
- Prepare documentation to apply for government permits necessary for project development
- Monitor and ensure completion of the application process |
