| รายละเอียดงาน : | - Implementation of HR policies and procedures - In charge of recruitment process, training , employee benefit and welfare administration , monthly report of HR Section - Co-ordinate and summarize for HR monthly/yearly report to government offices ( e.g. Workmen compensation fund , Department of skill development , Revenue Department etc. - Review and update HR document related to ISO 9001/14001 OHSAS18001 - Support and Handle monthly payroll /time attendance record and other allowances of employee - Support the process for life & health insurance claim, annual medical check up and collect information and coordinate with group insurers for life & health insurance renewal |

1. Female , age between 28 35 2. Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Human Resources Management , Political Science , Psychology or related field 3. Minimum 5 years of work experience in HR generalist especially HRM 4. Strong Understanding of HR role , functions and practices 5. Sufficient knowledge in Thai Labour laws and regulations 6. Computer literate & have a good working knowledge of MS Office Excel/Words 7. Proficiency in English (both writing and speaking) 8. A confident and effective communicator , service-minded with good interpersonal skills |
