| รายละเอียดงาน : | -Visiting and attending to all enquiries from potential customers for new business -Attend to all leads from members of the staff, customers or members of the public -Maintaining and developing relationships with potential and existing customers via meetings, telephone calls (cold calls), visits and emails -Carrying out PR calls, make presentations and regular inspections of major clients premises, as notified from time to time -Responsible for collection, bad debt charges, credit issues & daily sales outstanding -Dealing with clients complaints as a matter of urgency in accordance with company policy and Outstanding Customer Service (OCS) culture throughout the business -Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales by selling according to the prescribed pricing as per the price list or as approved by the management -Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends -Attend to other duties as may be assigned to you from time to time |
