To lead, Develop and manage for HR operations - recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits program, promotion, and employee health & safety. To ensure that the performance appraisal process is well managed. Develop and implement training programs to support business operations and individual staff development. To establish an efficient HR management set up. To develop succession planning and management program. To evaluate, design and administer competitive compensation and benefits program. To improve employee satisfaction / climate in the workplace. To establish training and development plans which support the business needs. Set up rule regulation company BSC KPI etc.) And General Administration (Responsible for control security guard & make other preventive measures for company property and employee safety. Manage and control traffic, canteen bus car parking and guest relation. Manage and control the maintenance job of the building and others related job)/ Function Balance scorecard, Productivity Improvement (5S TQM, Q.C.C., Suggestion, TPM,) Trainer, E&QMR(ISO14001 ISO9001 TLS8001 and Safety Officer in Professional level(Safety manager) to implementation and management SHE plan and system as defined by Safety Health, Environment (SHE) Department. Perform and coordinate the activities of SHE document control, including distribution and auditing controlled documents activities within organization, tracking and reporting on document review progress. Monitoring and Inspection enforced by relevant legislations and requirements. Manage archival activities for controlled documents and validation files. Review, verify and proof SHE documents relevant to legislation and management for consistency of document format and system concerns. To monitor and ensure that the company is in compliance with related SHE regulations and corporate standard. To perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly patrol or inspection following the company SHE system. To provide adequate and appropriate SHE for all concerned working area.
