● Manage Network system with Network Switch, Wireless AP, Print Server, LAN cable connection, etc.
and connecting to Main Network system in Head Office and Project site office.
● Manage MS Windows Server 2003, 2008 R2 for running service File-Server with Share-Drive and assign
user permission to access folder, limit folder capacity quota, screen and block music file video file and exe file.
● Manage Active Directory for create new user account and assign permission to access Network drive request
from Department Manager by used feature running Script, Network Drive and Group Policy.
● Monthly backup Active Directory by backup System-State, Script file and Net Logon.
● Install Software license and update software license list like MS Windows, MS Office, MS Project, Acrobat PDF,
Plant Design System (PDS), IsoGen, Microstation, AutoCAD and etc.
● Main responsible in Head Office for Help Desk job from user request in case computer problem and other.
● Responsible Internet system and Telephone system problem in Head Office.
● Contact and coordinated ISP for install Internet system in new Project site follow from project planning scheduled.
● Planned to install Network, Internet and Telephone system in new Project site with Electrical team to design
and install Network equipment (Rack, Network Switch, UPS and Firewall), LAN cable, Telephone cable and etc
by IT team provide equipment, consumable and Electrical team responsible installation.
● Responsible Internet system and Telephone system in all Project Site from users request service in case problem
or case extend
. ● Install fingerscan machine (finger , card , password).
