Ø Synchronize brand strategies and formulate trade channel strategic plan, categorized by channel types as well as monitoring execution plan to achieve fiscal sales and distribution target.

Ø Manage product distribution of strategies SKU in strategies channel.
Develop data/report and presentation for category performance, trade activity performance and competitors performance, etc.
Ø Manage effectively budget spending to drive Sales growth according to target.

Trade Marketings function :
Ø Responsible for managing and implementing new product launching with trade activities through intercommunicate with Marketing and sales in matters of brand strategies, channel strategies and consumer promotion plan.
Ø Develop monthly trade promotion plan (Sales in and off-take program) for TT,MT, execute and follow up to ensure that meet sales target.
Ø Set up the proper price and control price structure in the market for all product line with maximize margin align with company policy.
Ø Manage internal flow of processes of promotion plan, implementation and evaluation.
Ø Effectively communicate all category activities to the Sales department with smart data.
Ø Build up strong business partnership with key distributors through customer relationship program such as exclusive program (Tour trip, monobrand program).
Ø Join quarterly event as a team player to build relationship with contractors and key customers.
Ø Manage and control trade marketing budget with effective plan.
Product Marketing function :
Ø Integrated data of market survey, market trends, consumer requirement and competitors data for effectively product development.
Ø Coordinate with R&D to develop NPD to ensure that meet market demand requirement.
Ø Provide sales material to support selling process. (Catalog, Leaflet, etc.)
Ø Lead the product training for salesperson to well understanding product instruction and knowledge.
Ø Ensure a proper Marketing input regarding demand and forecasting.
Ø Develop data/report and presentation for NPD and responsible products.
