o Responsible for control and manage revenue, expenditure, financial plan, budget analysis, Accounting cost

o Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and work with management team to manage budget variance
o Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory accounting, Cash disbursement etc.
o Manage the overall treasury function including cash flow and credit and collection policies and approval credit line for customers
o Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports to management team and Corporate Finance Department and present monthly/quarterly/yearly financial performance to Boards and CEO
o Implement and ensure appropriate financial and internal controls in compliance with company policies / procedures and statutory authority and audit requirements
o Support business processes and provide recommendations for improvement, as well as support the business decisions from a financial perspective
o Lead a team of financial and accountant staff in providing a highly efficient service in areas such monthly management reporting, management control and internal audit
o Perform strategic coordination and negotiation on Financial & Accounting activities, including keep relationship with external partners, local bank, clients and etc.
o Prepare forecasts and budget in next 3 years and present 3 Years plan and P&L budget and financial ratios in next 3 years and 5 years to CEO group and prepare business plan of Finance Dept. every year
o Present Feasibility study for new store expansion and new project to CG Executives Committee |

Provide business analysis to understand business situation and variance analysis for supporting Executive Vice President, Operations decision for improving profitability and give suggestion advantage in the markets. Forecasting and budget planning involved extensive work on sales in terms of each store and department of product, gross profit in each store and operating cost in each cost account, waste and shrinkage by each department and be successful leader to develop financial budgeting system by COGNOS software tools for company. Ensuring the quality of the financial data, including its accuracy, relevance and timeless, is a major part of the role. |
