Analyze CAPEX & OPEX for the business and ensure that CAPEX & OPEX stays within Budgeted targets. Provide analysis each month showing variances against Budget and latest forecast. To prepare inter-company pricing by quarterly. Review standard cost for new model before release to SAP system. To coach, advice and monitor subordinates performance. Inventory aging analysis report by monthly. Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing. Budgeting & forecast Function: Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the management reporting original annual budget 1 year plan and monthly budget rolling plan to support the achievement of plant financial targets. Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances. Accounting & Finance Function: Manage and oversea the daily operations of the finance department. Responsible for finalizing monthly, quarterly and year-ended book closing report. To monitoring Tax (Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax) and BOI transaction. To calculated the cooperate income tax under BOI promotion. Support the management team for accounting & finance information to build strategic plans and drive company overall performance. Provide timely & accurate financial information to support effective decision making by the plant leadership team. Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs. To coordinate with external auditor and internal auditor.
