Head of Project Management Office APAC | Department Management | Report to General Manager FIME Asia In charge of budget control and managing departments P&L to deliver target EBITA. Work with the Finance Director FIME Asia for financial reporting and forecasting to GM and CFO. Build the PMO team and standardize the PMP methodology for all projects in APAC. => Success, the team deliver projects within budget, planning and quality as defined in presales proposals. => Successfully acquired high satisfaction of key customers in less than 1 year: JCB Japan, NET Singapore, EFTPOS Australia and CUP/UnionPay China. Business Development Work with the Sales Director FIME Asia to grow annual sales from 3.5 million to 5 million in 1 year. Project Management Censor the presales phase and proposal (scope, timeline, budget, risks, resources, quality). Project Manager for key projects (Mobile payment, Apple Pay and Android Pay) for JCB Japan. Prepare MS Project planning and resource plan. Monitor and control project progress and KPI. Provide reporting to stakeholders on weekly basis: Project meetings, Project status reports, Project timelines, Actions plan, Risks management (probability, impact, severity, contingency plan, mitigating actions), Issues log (JIRA) and Change management with impact in timeline and cost. |

Project Director APAC | Department Management In charge of budget control and managing departments P&L to deliver target EBITA. Recruit 20 staffs of BRED-IT Thailand. Set up the Expert consulting team for the implementation of Oracle financial solutions (Core banking Flexcube, Internet banking, OBIEE) and Payment systems (ATM, POS, Payment cards). Set up the IT team for the implementation of IT banking systems and international networks. Project Management | Transformation Management Manage large-scope projects onsite and remotely for the opening of new banks and for the migration to new core banking and new payment systems for existing banks. |
