Science Teacher to over 200+ 8th 9th grade students that mostly come from lower income community. By the end of the academic year, the students academic results were increased by 35%.
Designed solution to tackle the students academic and behaviour issues by using lessons and materials that relevant to student context. The students results in academic diagnostic test rose up by 40%.
Forced 100+ students to develop a growth mind-set by contextualizing students needs, creating positive classroom culture, cultivating a sense of possibility and providing effective reflection routine. Achieved 60% increasing in students self-confidence and a 70% increasing in students enthusiasm for learning according to a character survey.
Collaborated with an advisory teacher to build a collective network of 32 parents and community members to discuss about students and find solutions together. The network helped decreasing students misbehaviour in classroom and decreasing family conflicts.
Founded Long-Di Club in which 35 students were trained and responsible in designing and launching their own projects/activities at school. The students became more motivated and confident about themselves by the end of the semester.
Developed 10 lesson plans and teaching materials that were the best practice of how to build growth mind-set in students.
Developed Science and Mathematics diagnostic tests for Science and Math by recruiting 10 colleagues to help analysing the tests before launching it to other teaching fellows of Teach For Thailand to use.
Upgraded data to develop DIAMONDS program by gathering feedback from 9 participants, analysing the data and writing summary reports which would help improving the upcoming program by the end of 2019.

Planned and Implemented Plastic Bag Free activity to build awareness about environment for internal and external personnel. Results over 100+ attended and collaborated in activity.
Designed the model of activity in creating participation for the staff in Premier Corporate Group with local people in the community in Prachinburi. The activity was about to improve farming skill for the participants. The result of the activity was shown that there were 80 participants can harvest the rice for more than 100 kgs.
Designed and created social contents to promote Enlive Foundation teaching social media channels. Achieved 1.5 times increase followers on Facebook Fanpage in a monthly time.
