Leading with Sale team to develop B&S process by sourcing new sub-con in local and oversea supplier such as flexible packaging to increase top line
Leading with Planning team & Commercial team to develop capacity model by product lines to identify what we need to increase base on demand forecast, in house and outsource capacity

Handle new product and process development such as new specification, capacity expansion and cost reduction by rearranging floor-plan, selecting new equipment, process or technology and outsourcing
Deploy and implement process control plan and quality self-inspection to each lines to ensure the prevent internal failure cost such as scrap and external failure such as customer complain and claim
Apply basic lean tools such as standard work, kanban, visual management, morning talk and gemba walk activity, to ensure 7 wastes is continually reduced, bottleneck is focused, and material is processing and moving base on proper sequence then lead time is shorter
Sub-con management sourcing and selecting new supplier to full fill capability, to ensure productivity, quality , compliance are met with AD standard.
