Lead the team of several sales representatives to approach new customer and maintain existing key customers, resulting in an increase of10 new key account customers with purchasing volume THB 7.50 million in 2020.
Participate in several trade shows all over the world to explore potential market and increase sales according to corporates goal.
Initiate and develop sales and marketing strategy to meet sales target, leading to a sale increase of +1.50% in 2020even during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Prepare and analyze export sales plan, departments KPI, branding strategy on an annual basis and present to corporates managing director.
Work closely as a team with managements from other departments to ensure that company deliv-ers products that meet or exceed customers expectations, causing 3 new OEM products debut in 2020.
Take a lead role in handling problems or complaints from customers regarding product and work process and participate in management meeting to solve such problems/ complaints ASAP.
Negotiate with freight forwarder and logistic firms regarding transportation cost and schedule in order to meet customers satisfactions.
