Serve as primary focal point for human resource (HR) questions or concerns for employees in RDPs Asia-based Thailand offices. Answer questions in a timely and accurate manner serve as a neutral party in listening to HR concerns from Asia-based Thailand employees and raise issues to the appropriate management level as required.
Help track and audit performance goals for Thailand-based employees. Ensure that goals are established and quarterly performance conversations take place in a timely manner.
Manage in-processing and out-processing of Thailand-based employees via HR platform.
Prepare and send employment offers including employment contracts, handbooks, non-disclosure agreements and personal data protection forms.
Collect proper documentation and forms, compile staff biographies and photographs and review overall company standard operating procedures
Keep track of definite term employment contracts and inform country office managing directors on upcoming contract deadlines.
Coordinate with HR of Head Office and Management on new salary increases and contract terms. Prepare and send new contracts or confirmation letters to employees for salary increases and promotions.
Administer the provision and tracking of Company IT equipment to Thailand-based employees and access to internal Company systems in cooperation with platform administrators.
Serve as a key member of company talent, training and human resources team, learning and mastering multiple functions and supporting colleagues. Serve as a back-up to colleagues as needed.
