Role:Plant General / Production Manager - responsible for entire factory daily operation from production to final packing and shipment.
Responsible for manpower management, material, compliance, team building, factory set up, 3rd party audit, daily factory operation.
Notable Contributions
Implemented system to reduce the wastage levels in result to have good price.
Implemented proper systems to reduce the frequency of Inspections by buyers.
Handled C-TPAT (GSV) and other social and quality standard audit.
Trained in-house Quality Control teams.
Arranging sample from production line for periodical testing by in house and 3rd party Laboratory and follow up for the test reports
Handled quick orders based on customer requirements.
Developed new formats for Audits.
