Manage discrepancies,inventory control and SCM ,negotiate with local and oversea supplier ,contact with Global supplier and worldwide Planning both mechanical and electrical parts.
MRB review and disposition with Team , manage and control return defective part to supplier.
Confirm shortage to production /Planner/ Program Administration and schedule. Control excess stock item and inventory by JIT /FIFO and supply chain management .
Check incoming part inspection result with IQA. And participate in problem solution part related quality issues. Request RMA NO. and return RTV back to supplier .
Supervise and teach new staff and their routine job .
Escalate critical item to Commodities Manager and confirm PPV report to Finance.

Past due manage by weekly , MRB disposition /Supplier review and assessment by a quarter (SPR meeting and review supplier performance ) .
Issue and submit DM/IDM top 20 report to Purchasing management team by a quarter /Cost review and negotiate by quarter.
Issue & update Weekly.Outstanding order and DM receiving.
Supervise and teach new staff and their routine job .
